1. Course Cancellation

• You may cancel enrollment within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not yet started.

• If you cancel after the course has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable for live classes if the cancellation is requested within the 48-hour window.

• No refunds will be provided for self-paced courses once access has been granted.

3. Course Rescheduling

• If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session start.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases like course cancellation from our side or unforeseen technical issues, a full refund or credit note will be issued.
